Camping

Jay's Parents invited us to join them camping at a campground at Jordan Lake which is about a 20 minute drive from our house. Mommy, Jack and Sean joined Nana and Umpa on Thursday around 3ish and we spent Thursday afternoon/evening setting up the campsite and tents, walking around the campgrounds and Sean and Umpa went Kayaking. Going to bed that night proved to be just as interesting as expected because both boys were hyper and kept giggling when trying to settle down but they finally did and slept great. Friday morning Daddy joined us down there at breakfast and we spend the day hanging out by the Shore of the lake while Allen Kayaked and the boys all fished. It was beautiful outside and nice to just relax and watch the boats out on the water. Sean headed to his mom's friday afternoon and then Aunt Megan joined us at the campground for spaghetti dinner (it was good friday) and smores! Saturday we packed up the campsite and tents after breakfast. All in All Jack had a blast on the camping trip with having free reign of the 2 sites we were set up on and getting to play with sticks and rocks! He def. loves being outdoors!!
