A Day in the Life of a Jack O' Lantern: Christmas Day!

We started the morning out with Jack waking up very excited to see Santa and open Presents! (he didn't quite get that Santa was coming when he slept but instead thought he was going to come over and open presents with us!). Of course Sean was still sleeping so Jack was very happy to go wake him up so they could see what Santa brought. We had our Family Christmas just the 4 of us at home and had a blast seeing the expressions on the boys faces as they opened their gifts. Sean has a blast watching Jack open his presents and seeing how excited Jack gets about things. We saved Jack's Bee Pillow Pet till last cuz that was the gift he told everyone he asked for! So Jay asked him after all the gifts were open if there was something he wanted that he didnt get and Jack exclaimed "Bee Pillow Pet!!" So Jay took Jack to Jack's room where there was a gift Bag waiting with his pillow pet inside and he was so excited! After having our Christmas together and everyone got ready we headed over to Nana and Umpas (jay's parents) to exchange gifts with them and Aunt Megan. (I dont have any pics for the blog as Liane was the one taking pictures, so I will have some for the scrapbook) We took Sean to his mom's house after stopping home to pack up some snow clothes because of the chance for snow that evening when we'd be at Jay's Grandparents house. Then we headed to Gramie and Papa's house (ashley's parents) to have breakfast with Gramie, Papa and Uncle Jonathan and hang out. Jack brought some of his new presents to show them and just had a blast being over there. Later after Jack's nap Courtney, Jeremy, Nick and AJ came over and we all exchanged gifts and celebrated Christmas together. Talk about things getting crazy with that many people exchanging gifts! Jack knew right where his little pile was so he slowly moved through opening them! He had a blast getting to see everyone there! Then we headed over to Jay's Grandparents (his dad's parents) house to celebrate with Jay's parents, Megan, Grandparents, Uncle Eric, Aunt Jill, Emily and Lucy. We hung out for a bit and then had a yummy dinner. Then, we exchanged gifts with everyone and the kids enjoyed playing together with their new toys, Jake and Great Mommy's In home gym set, and Sean and Lucy went outside for a bit cuz the snow was starting to fall making for a Beautiful White Christmas!! It was a super busy yet wonderful day getting to spend so much time with all our family!! We are very lucky to have so many people we love living around us!!
